Since Bug "This issue is affecting only these versions 4.3.3a, 4.3.3b and 4.2.3j" recommend:
adding 4.3(3b)A to Affected Releases (not that it is even available to Download)
removing or updating all Fixed Releases since the way it reads it does not affect 4.3.3c etc. which is not in the Fixed Release.
