anyway this is a open defect (unresolved).. open a TAC case that the bug can be linked to the case.. the more customers that are affected by this, the better chance this will get resolved sooner .. Also ask TAC any questions you have or potential release dates..

Thank you for the update, yes sorry putting things into the form of a question is a problem for me. I always assume people should know what im thinking, work in progress.
