CSCwo32300: no full sync between SSM-on-prem & CSSM

Hi everybody,

we have the problem CSCwo32300 too since I have done the update from 9-202412 via 9-202501 to 9-202502.

Our license counts are not in sync between ssm on-prem and the CSSM. The next problem is that our product instances are registered to our ssm on-prem, but this information is not sync to the CSSM. So the products are in the CSSM in the wrong virtual account.

When I do an manual sync on the ssm on-prem and take a look in the yml file, there are only a few entries of our products, I would say only 2-5 percent. All others are missing.

Does anybody have an idea or when this problem will be solved?

I updated today to 9-202504, but the problem is still there.
