I am experiencing the issue described in CSCwo61235 in the field. My deployment uses this Cisco kit pro as a standalone Microsoft Teams Room and it is not registered to Webex Control Hub. As a result, I am unable to access or download the software revision (11.30.1-RoomOS_July_2025) that reportedly resolves this issue through standard Cisco Control Hub or Webex channels.
My question: When will a publicly available download for the fixed RoomOS version be made accessible to the broader Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Systems Integration communities—specifically for those of us deploying these devices as standalone Microsoft Teams Rooms without dual registration to Webex Control Hub?
Context:
This request is critical for enterprise AV/UC integrators and support teams utilizing Cisco Room Series and related endpoints as Microsoft Teams Rooms in environments where Control Hub is not available. Timely public access to this update is important for maintaining security and supporting client needs in the field.
