CUCM bug

I have noticed a bug in CUCM 7.1.5 while super copying a phone. As we all know, super copy function should copy all the parameters from source to destination device but I have noticed that it doesn't copy "Recording Option" and "Recording Profile"... Has anyone came across this bug. Also it'd greatly appreciated if anyone knows the solution.

Hi Feroz,

Great observation. On casual inspection this sounds like an instance of:

CSCty66709    "Super Copy" a phone does not copy the recording profile

and a known issue. The above bug was filed against CUCM 8.6. You are runinng 7.1. Most likely it is the same issue. There is a small possibility that this broke in 8.6 for a different reason. For confirmation and greater clarity please open a case with the Cisco TAC.
