Facing difficult-to-clarify problems on the Nexus3548

HiHi~ facing some difficult to clarify problems in NX3548(NXOS 9.2(3))here are some information:

  - Well sorry , but for these issues consider that kind of mandatory and or use latest advisory software version ; they are 'simply bugs'  and nothing else will help besides upgrading and evaluating afterwards ,
