Fix in 20.6.1

Cisco TAC confirmed that CSCvw20686 should be fixed in 20.6.1 release. But I don't see in Release Notes that it is fixed.

Only Bug IDs with a Severity level assigned of 0 or 1 gets added into Release Notes. 

This bug, for instance, has a Severity assigned level of "6", therefore it will never be mentioned in the Release Notes.
