Checked:
1. Ping from machine to mlg00devisex01(ISE) working.
2. Performd the nslookup from machine to mlg00devisex01 resolving fine.
3. checked the traffic flow and all required ports are opened.
4. Tried http://<ipaddress or hostname>/admin http://mlg00devisex01/admin. from different browser.
5. checked show application status ise it's fine.
6. No certificate-based authentication for administrative access to Cis is enabled.

upgraded to new patch 9 1.4.
as in 1.4 the fixed released is not introduced.
Adviced client to upgrade to 2.0 but upgrade failed with
STEP 3: Validating data before upgrade...
% Error: Unknown error while validating system certificates. Upgrade cannot continue, please check logs.
Starting application after rollback...
% Error: The node has been reverted back to its pre-upgrade state.
% Application install or upgrade cancelled.
as there is no option through cli to deleate the self signed certificate.
found no option to revert to 1.2 as it's VM requested to fresh build but not possible as VM snapsot is not avilable.
Team, can you help on this.
