Below error comes and goes all the time . CVP reporting server is restarted every 30 days
Some times occurrence of this logs increases . Is this have any impact on cvp db ?
Symptom: Error.*.log contains the following error messages. %CVP_10_5_RPT-1-REPORTING_DB_ALERT_RAISE: JDBCKeepAliver -- SQLException detected. Persist to the failover file. [id:4014] %CVP_10_5_RPT-1-REPORTING_DB_ALERT_RAISE: JDBCKeepAliver -- Start failover file processing. [id:4014] %CVP_10_5_RPT-1-REPORTING_DB_ALERT_CLEAR: JDBCKeepAliver -- Finish failover file processing. [id:4021]
