Hi,

 We are also facing the issue in our computers. but we already have a latest version of Cisco VPN Client - 4.2.00096. Still we are facing this issue in our computers.

Connection Tab disappears if VPN is connected. We need to disconnect the VPN and restart the computer. And enable connection tab from gpedit

Please let me know if there is any patch or update for VPN client version - 4.2.00096
