i found couple of bugs around with that message, what is the version of code running on that device ?

 

have you tried upgrade ? or how did this problem occured here ?

It might help someone, I got %PMAN messages when I updated the Switch IOS (boot system flash:XXXXXXXX)

After running the Reload command I saw %PMAN logs. If the switch keep restarting that could be the following reasons:
- Either IOS is not supportive, make sure IOS is okay, mean while you can try to reload the switch with either packages file or the older version of IOS

- Some other problem during config

 

In my case IOS update was successful but on Reload Switch showed me the following Logs:

 

%PMAN-5-EXITACTION: C1/0: pvp: Process manager is exiting: reload fru action requested
%PMAN-5-EXITACTION: F0/0: pvp: Process manager is exiting: reload fru action requested
%PMAN-5-EXITACvp: Process manager is exiting: process exit with reload chassis code
