Hello,
once a month we see this log on our servers. Does anyone know what might cause this issue?
%SIP-5-LICENSING: SIP service is Up. License report acknowledged.
Thanks,
SY

Hi
There is a bug that report this exactly same message : CSCvz45020
https://bst.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvz45020
Symptom: When voice iec syslog is configured on the router, it will generate "%SIP-1-LICENSING: SIP service is Up. License report acknowledged." in the logs giving an alert for immediate action needed when there is no immediate action because the SIP service is Up.
Conditions: Chassis: ISR4331/K9 Happening on IOS-XE versions with smart licensing enabled "isr4300-universalk9.17.03.03.SPA.bin"
Workaround: Currently there are no workarounds
Further Problem Description: This syslog should be informational only and syslog level 6.
