Hi all,
This is my first time of posting, I thought I would do so as I have had 3 cases for this same issue and it hasn't really got anywhere.
Before I go into the issue my CUCM version is 10.5.2.16901-1 (cant upgrade any higher right now due to hardware restrictions.
IM&P version: 10.5.2.24900-8.
So the issue:
RTMT is alerting me the follow every 30 minutes or so:

Cisco TAC originally thought it was to do with duplicate hostname entries in DNS, these were removed and it stopped after the services were restarted however I needed to restart the servers months later (CUCM & IM&P) and the alerts restarted.
I checked with the systems team and they confirmed that not duplicate entries existed.
At a loss to what to try next.
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
