We are running FMC Version 6.2.2 (build 81) and Cisco Smart Software Manager Satellite Version 4.1.0
We set up the registration URL as mentioned on the Satellite Page after created a Token.
--> https://x.x.x.x:8443/Transportgateway/services/DeviceRequestHandler
On FMC in the Integration Tab we entered the URL above and on Smart Licensing tab we wanted to register to SSMS with the token.
We always get the Message:
I can register to the satellite using http and via Cisco Smart Software Manager
http://10.44.48.29/Transportgateway/services/DeviceRequestHandler
so I know the network is good.
Has anyone found a fix for this?

Just worked through this with a TAC member. Kudos to Victor Alves for sorting out the issue.
The error is caused by a dependent process not starting (SLA process was down) when the FMC is restarted.
We had set the time manually on the FMC. The SLA process requires NTP to be setup and running before it will start. Once NTP was set up and synchronized to a time server, the SLA process will start on reboot and the registration to the satellite server will be successful.
This pre-requirement will hopefully make its way into the next documentation set.

I had Similar issue, I used all the possible path http.https. http with port 8080 , https with 8443 https without any port. It works for me, one time with https and another environment it works with http only.
