When will fix for bug CSCwk41070 be deployed?

I see that as of today (Aug 14, 2024) this issue for "not able to remediate the original message after duplication by content filter" is marked as "fixed", but there are no known fixed releases.  When this fix be included in a release, and when will our environment be upgraded to that?   We've not been able to remediate any email for 2 months.
