WLC Web authentication Certificate

I have recently installed new web auth certificate on the WLC and I can see the new certificate under security>webauth>certificate. I rebooted the WLC but when I test web auth I still see the old certificate ?

Old cert is still valid but only till 30th June.

Why do you think the new certificate has not taken affect even though I have followed the guide below and had no issues in installing the new certificate.
