If you use the "Contact Us" link on the toolbar at the top of this page, you can get in contact with one of the support forum admins who should be able to assist you to migrate all your points and posts from an old Cisco ID to a new one. I did exactly this a year or two ago to transfer all of mine from an old account to a new one.
