I have the same issue.  Can i have my account reviewed.

@dan-laden please try again to access Cisco Insider User Group with this profile account. 

i see i have access to network and security tracks.  Looking to get the Data Center track.  It shows locked and i get denied accessing emailed links.

I get a 403 error when clicking to join the Data center group.
