Hello everyone
This is my first post on the CISCO boards.
On Tuesday I am meant to be taking my CCENT. I have a CSCO# that I had to get in order to register for the exam. When I tried to use that ID to associate with my employer, it says that the ID doesn't exist.
It's possible that I didn't confirm my original account and the ID expired.
So if I take the exam, how will an expired CISCO ID associate with my name and certification? Also, is it possible for someone in CISCO to just assiciate that ID to this account?

I know I used to hate this when I ran forums and people were like "C'mon"
But "C'mon"
Surely these forums are monitored.

This was actually very helpful.
FYI, if anyone else has this issue.
You need to get in contact with Cisco by following that above link.
They will send you an email.
You follow the steps to associate your CSCO # to your Cisco login for this site.
FYI Johnlloyd 13, I gave you 5 stars.
