So Once you get a certificate like CCNP to get the need understanding of this level of networking skills how then do you find the way to get the needed experience that many companies are demanding they are like demanding that you have a ccnp and 4+ years plus a bunch of other things, yet I find the level of what they want to pay for the level or responsibilities is way under what they should be paying. And there are no intern or apprenticeship programs and most schools don't even teach in depth networking. Plus they also ask for a B.S. in computer science which too does not get into the networking aspect.
