Looks like you may have copied the period at the end of the email address.
I just emailed them and it works. Pretty quick response.

Actually, they stopped doing CCOID changes. I just tried and they refused. I had to open the case anyway to have them remove the account completely. Obviously, you can't use the same email for 2 accounts and I only have a single email address that I am using to register (I am am partner and need an email with my company domain).
