Does anyone know if there is anything to worry about with this leap second happening tomorrow.  I.E. need to adjust any parameters with NTP.

Feedback forum is dedicated to other topics. See description for details. You should ask in community related to particular technology, as your question is so generic.  And/or read http://www.cisco.com/web/about/doing_business/leap-second.html

I moved this thread to generic "Cisco Cafe" community.

As the leap second has passed, this is bit of a late response, but should hopefully answer your question for next time.

The leap second may only cause an issue for that one second, if, and only if, a device which doesn't understand leap seconds, queries the time at that precise moment and sees a time reported back of 23:59:60.

How it'll respond when it gets the "60" number in the seconds is entirely dependent on how that device was designed.  There are some examples of how some equipment reacts listed on Wikipedia: Examples_of_problems_associated_with_the_leap_second

Of course, you intentionally missed the obvious issue that the non-leap aware device will have their time shifted for -1 second until someone/something will correct it to the right time again.
