Hi there,

I didn't get any response from Pearson VUE on my incident (case-12551670 ) opened on 5th Feb. My exam did not start and there was an issue launching it. They opened case but no response yet.
My certification expires on 13th Feb2025.

Pearson Chat boat keep putting me "I completely understand how frustrating this can be for you since I know the importance of your exam. We kindly ask you to wait patiently our team will help you. Is there anything else that I can help you with?"

Can anyone please help me advise me? Thanks.

Hi @g25pal.cisco ,

Sorry to hear about the issue that you have experienced with your Cisco Exam that did not start and with the issue launching it.

I would advise you to please feel free to open a support case with the Cisco Learning Certification & Support team, so that they can assist you with this issue. You can contact them and open a case directly from the following link:

 www.cisco.com/go/certsupport

To open a support case, please follow the below steps:

1. Select the My Cases link on the upper right above.
2. Enter your email address and password to log in when prompted.
3. Select 'Open a Case' button on the right
4. Enter the mandatory details and select 'Submit' to complete the process.

Since you have already contacted Pearson VUE about the situation, it will be helpful to include your Pearson VUE Incident Number in your support case as well. So, the Support Team can have that information available too.

I am sure the Cisco Learning & Certifications Support Team will be able to better advise you on next steps to resolve your issue.

Finally, another option you have is to contact directly Person Vue by phone for further support directly from them.

You can find Pearson Vue contact information at the following link:  Support contacts

I hope your issue gets resolved soon.

 Best Regards,

Gus
