Hi,
I am a newbie to this site. My company was registered as a premier partner and got deregistered due to unattended partnership renewal reminders.
I have been in touch with my local distributor regarding renewing company's membership. I received a link which guide how to register my company and on accessing he same I get an error message, (see attached), and eventually the process stops there.
Please assist me to resolve the situation so i can resume back to business. regards, Joseph

I recommend you email web-help@cisco.com for assistance with updating your Cisco.com account information.

I sent an email to the address provided and there was no response.
Is there an alternative where i can channel this through.
