Cisco DNA Center creating floor error

I created a new floor under Building without uploading an image but when I try to go to that floor It displays the following error "Floor information still being processed". I've attached a snapshot of the error. 

Please Advise?

I opened a TAC case and the TAC engineer had me use Chrome instead of Microsoft edge which fixed my issue.
