Switch provisioning failed

Hi!

I have some issues with provisioning Industrial IE-3300-8T2S with firmware version 17.9.6A.

Out of 8 switches I have in 6 of them the same issue when I am trying to add these switches to the CatC.

When I look at the credential status I get the error message XDE procedure details not found for this device after the unsuccessful attempt to add the switch.

Any ideas where to start troubleshooting?

What I have done so far is that I have tried deleting the switch and adding it back again, I has verified that the CLI, and SNMP credentials are correct, tried to add the switch to another site

eXpress Device Enablement failure can be because of multiple reasons, start with compatibility check for your version, you are definately not on recommended version for Cat Center 17.12.4
