cisco1532e outdoor access point(lightweight)2.4 Ghz connectivity issue

We have installed cisco1532e on lightweight image and the user try to connect through the mobile with 2.4Ghz (mobile only connect 2.4. Ghz) but it does not connect and meanwhile when i connect my laptop with the same access point it connected with 5 Ghz. and it is working fine but why not 2.4 Ghz is not working?

Moreover. I have increased Antenna Gain in (2.4 Ghz )but it does not work.

Power level assignment's screen shot is attached for your reference.

your early response with resolution will highly appreciated.

The user try to connect through the mobile with 2.4Ghz (mobile only connects 2.4. Ghz) but it does not connect  - is this means the device can see the SSID but is not able to connect ?

what is the logs show?

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

There is no connectivity issue with either 2.4 Ghz or 5 Ghz but the issue is internet is not working on 2.4 Ghz and also I have  attached log file for you check those.

Model No of the WLC and IOS version,

1532 AP Firmware version,

Please tell me the wireless standards,

Which Adaptor are you using ?

Authentication method  WPA2 or EAP,

Please tell me the Antenna Band Mode on mesh access point.
