cisco cli analyzer - account does not permit to access this function

Hello eveyone,

i just installed cisco cli analyzer but when i click on any of the functions like ip route analysis it gives me the following error:

 when i click on the link it brings me to cisco's profile management page for editing thing like address and name. what should i do?

I can think of several reasons ,
one beeing the site may be down (for maintenance, or.....) ?
rpfa.cloudapps.cisco.com

I was able to login to the site you provided but looks like i dont have any access to anything:
