Cisco CLI Analyzer cannot login to switch with AAA radius autenticatio

i'm using without problem Cisco CLI Analyzer on my old 2960 switch with TACACS autentication on ACS server, on the new Cisco C9200 we have enabled radius autentication on Cisco ISE on this i cannot connect using CLI Analyzer.
i can't find setting to configure Radius autentication on CLI Analyzer, when i try to login to the new switch the login window closes without message or error, someone know why and where is the CLI Analyzer log file ?

There are many reasons for this, OLD switch has old Ciphers, new Cat 9200 user new ciphers (which may not have supported) and Cli analyser no longer updated from cisco (i guess)

Can you using Putty and able to Login to new Cat 9200 ?  Yes

check the Logs when you connecting cli analyser to cat 9200 (show logging or enable debug and check errors)
