Cisco CLI Analyzer - CCO login issues

Hello,

 

I installed CLI Analyzer on my company laptop and configured correct proxy settings as per Network Security team. I tried using CCO login (which works on normal browser on company laptop); however; I keep getting login error. Also, I noticed when the application opened, it immediately pops an error in the right hand side bottom; Internet can't be reached so I believe application tries to reach Internet before I try CCO login. I did capture logs from proxies and it is allowing traffic as expected. Can someone please help what could be the issue?
