CLI Analyzer issues connecting to internet

Since migrating from connecting thru a proxy to going directly thru the firewall with the firewall doing decrypt the CLI Analyzer no longer connects to the internet.  Do I need to do something to allow this to work?

bypass the traffic not need FW to decrypt the data

I work in an environment that requires a lot of security.  Putting in a bypass is not seen as an acceptable solution without going through lengths to make it work correctly first.  Is there any documentation that says that this will not work through the firewall with decrypt enabled
