CLI Analyzer Issues - Diagnostics can't upload and now can't even get that far...

Updated to 3.6.5 and trying to run diagnostics on 9300-24UX stack running connection is generating an error of an unexpected packet type from my PC and that the connection is being broken.  The only connection at the time is from CLI Analyzer and while so much slower than older versions of CLI Analyzer it does finish the scan 15 minutes later.  I also get a warning that connection to Cisco failed.  This latter error has been happening for more than a year.  The only thing new in 3.6.5 is it now generates a log message on the 9300 saying unexpected packet type connection broken by switch, and yet I eventually see the diagnostic run continue with data scrolling by.

 

Any ideas?  Should I uninstall CLI Analyzer and then reinstall.  I will say I ran into problems installing, it would not start after the install.  I had to uninstall older versions and then 3.6.5 would start.
