I was trying to find Cisco's old Output Interpreter tool. It seems to have been replaced with CLI Analyzer. I was attempting to have some pretty basic output analyzed but it is "Unable to determine the output you provided." Basically I sent the output of a 'show version' with 'show interface Se0/0' command. We are experiencing high input errors and CRC & frame counts. I need some techs in the field to go to a remote site to replace a cable. I was hoping Cisco's interpreter would provide more justification for my request. They seem to think there is an issue with the Serial interface itself and want to replace the router. I believe the old Output Interpreter tool could analyze this type of output quite easily, providing more justification for my request. Am I using the wrong tool?
