This product is very good when it works. It has saved me opening tickets. I wish Cisco would make it more stable. Here is what I run into all the time.
1. Get this error frequently. Cisco File Analysis is currently unavailable [471]
2. On windows 10, system diagnostics times out and closes the session after 5 minutes. So far it appears to be working on on windows 11.
3. It would be nice to see a Linux version.

5. The unused policy detector is great even though it does give false info in some instances. But I can work around those.
6. It would be nice to open TAC cases on the CLI analyzer. Called TAC about it and the person I got didn't even know what it was.
