Is there any way to use RSA keys with CLI Analyzer?

I am connecting to a server and currently the only way I can access it is through providing my public key. Is it possible for me to specify this anywhere in the configuration? I do see that it uses ssh-keyscan to add the host's public keys. Where would I put my keys to make sure CLI analyzer picks them up?
