I've tried numerous ways to enter running-configs (yes I've included the show version) and I can not get it to work. Please reconsider doing away with the OL version of the output interpreter, make sure that this product works first!

Hi Kyree,
I will reach out to you directly to see what is going on as it should work as described in the help documentation. https://cway.cisco.com/docs/cisco-cli-analyzer/3.0/Analyze_Offline_Files.htm
File Analysis supports ASA, IOS, IOS-XE, or IOS-XR devices when using a supported command output. CCO authentication is also required.
Thanks,
John

Hi
I have the same problem. I believe older version of CLI Analyzer had no issue. My current version is 3.6.5. File Analysis shows up an error that opens in browser "cloudsso.cisco.com took too long to respond". Note that there is no internet connection available. System Diagnostics tool doesn't work either.
Is there a workaround?
