same router, differences in CLI Analyzer output from "system diagnostics" vs 'file analysis" function

same router, differences in CLI Analyzer output from "system diagnostics" vs 'file analysis" function

2911 router running 15.2(4)M4

I get "The data from this device (unknown) was evaluated against 322 different diagnostic checks and no issues were found."

when I manually run a "show tech-support" and save to file, and then do the "file analysis" function in the Cisco, I get 

"The data from this device (FTX1733AJES) was evaluated against 322 different diagnostic checks." and 5 items are displayed 

any reason as to why this would be ?  Why the results would be different ?
