Hi,
Recently we started using the Cisco DNA Center (Version 1.3.0.4).
Unfortunately the Geo Map seems not to work.
The following error message appears if we click on our sites.
The Geo Map is unavailable at this time.
Please check your internet access settings and try again. For now, we will display the table view.
Other things that need an internet connection are working fine. For example connecting to our Smart Account or system updates are possible too.
We also checked our proxy settings. According to the proxy log the host does not establish a connection to *.tiles.mapbox.com as it is described in the DNA Installation Guide.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be or how to find the root cause?
Thank you very much,
Pascal

Pascal,
For geo-map data it is the client browsing the DNAC that needs access not DNAC itself. So make sure you have proper proxy settings and/or firewall rules on your client machine accessing DNAC web portal.
Note that for licensing, upgrades etc it is DNAC itself that connects to the internet using the proxy settings configured on the appliance.
Regards,
Daniel
