Hi everyone,
I have been experiencing an issue with Webex during meetings. When I try to share my screen, the participants only see a pure black screen instead of the content Iam sharing. On my end, everything seems fine, but no one else can see my shared window or application.
I have tried updating Webex to the latest version, ensuring my graphics drivers are up to date, and even tested on different networks, but the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Could it be a settings issue or something related to the network/firewall?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
