C9300 Switch Booting Stuck in ROMON

Anyone can help for booting the switch, I am getting error "Bootable URL's in BOOT variable not found or exhausted."

Please post the output to these commands: 

- set
- dir flash: (or bootflash:)

If there is no bin file : then get an image*.bin file

Format USB with FAT32 - copy the .bin file to USB and plug it and boot from USB and copy to flash (or bootflash).
