we can not assume what VLAN based configuration ? Layer 2 or Layer 3 ?

what kind of Core and access deployment ?

is the Core Layer 2 or Layer 3 ? is the access Layer 2 or Layer 3 - so many quyestion need to ask before any one provide such config.
