Here I got a configured Catalyst 3850 switch from my client side.
Now am not able to hard reset the switch, when I try to flash it is reloading the old vlans.
I tried both by mode button and the reset button behind the switch.
So anyone who knows this thing to sort out please share your knowledge..
thank you.

Hi
Hardware reset the switch means unpplug the Power cable and plug it again. As switches dont have switch button for turn on and off.
If you are trying to factory reset this switch you need to do like this:
-
Power down the switch.
-
Hold the Mode button.
-
Keep holding the button and apply power.
-
Keep holding down the Mode button for another 45 seconds and then release.
-
See if the console goes to ROMMON or not.
-
If in console, enter this command: SWITCH_IGNORE_STARTUP_CFG=1.
-
Reload the switch (use the power cable).

Are you doing the step 6?
Step 6 is which makes the switch ignores current config
But, if you final goal is erase the config, just run the command " write erase" and then "reload", dont save config.
