Hello, please someone help me, when I log in to Cisco Packet racer, next I select "Skill for all" as usual but I can't log in, it just shows the message Login is in Progress:..... however no window is shown and I can't log in, of course I tried some simple ways like uninstalling the application and reinstalling it or clearing the cache of the web browser but it still doesn't work, then I tried selecting "Network Academy" to see if I really have an error but it doesn't work at all, I just have a problem with the "Skill for all" mode, please someone show me how to solve it, I'm really tired of it

"Network Academy" and Skill for all have joined or merged now, so u should use Net academy login, I think that works. Have u tried ? Try just login to network academy website. Then PT.
What is ur OS and have u updated recently? What is PT version?

I tried the way you said, however it only stops at the NetACad homepage and I still can't interact with PT, if I turn it off the screen choosing between "Network Academy" and "Skill for All" is still there and there is still no sign that I have successfully logged in, when I turn off that login status, the error "Login failed:...." appears and then PT will automatically shut down as if I had never logged in to it. If you have any ideas, please let me know thank you very much
I am currently using Windows 11 OS and the PT I am using as far as I can find is the latest version 8.2.2
