Byte or kilobyte in units of processor memory capacity of a router?

Hi All,
Please help me in this question :
in the router there is a dsiplay of the memory capacity used and free. (show processes memory sorted)
as seen in the picture below :
what is the unit of memory capacity?

Hi rifaat.muslim.rm!

As I know the Router stores information in Bytes so i think thats Bytes.
