I reserved the cisco modeling lab but it failed to properly execute the setup script and I never received the second email with the anyconnect info. This has happened to me several times in the past and the only solution I could find was to end the lab and try again after the 2 hour reservation was over.
Is there another way to fix it without having to end the lab? I've seen other posts mention the same issue and it seems the only resolution is for a cisco employee to manually fix it. I pasted the logs bellow:

Has anyone got a solution to this issue? I went to Cisco DevNet Sandbox to start the CML lab and got the same error.
