I just purchased a VIRL license from Cisco so that I can use GNS3 to complete the labs for my "networking fundamentals" class. I downloaded the files for the software, but have not been able to install it. My computer cannot read a vmdk file. I found free windows software for reading vmdk files, but that will not help me because I have a kubuntu 14.04 OS. I went to the ubuntu software center, but could not find anything that looked like it could be used to read this type of file. Do you have any suggestions?
