I have a Cisco IP phone 7800. For the last 2 months, the dialing mode turns on by itself - the green light comes on and there is a ton (when picking up the handset). After a few seconds the phone goes back to ready state. Please don't know what it could be - the automatic outgoing call setting is very restrictive for my wokr
