Dear CISCO Support ,
I am continuously receiving following error when attempting to register with SMARTNET total care portal.
“Your user profile does not have complete address. Please update your Cisco Account profile with the complete address”

I have been in contact with CISCO support via email & they have modified the address and checked it but I still getting the error.
Please assist with this unusual issue as we have to open the case for firewall & I am trying since 2 weeks.
