I am trying to upgrade my 2960X-24TS-LL switch with the newest IOS version (15.2(7)E4) and it just stays in a constant "upload in progress" status. Its been on there overnight with no change. What am I doing wrong?

what is the current version ? have you check the release notes any requirement for ROMMON upgrade ?
have you tried other browsers ?

The current version is 15.2(7)E3. I have tried on IE and Edge. Same problem.

honestly i am not a greate fan of GUI Upgrade, try manually with CLI you should be ok, and easy as step below :
