Hello,

I can't download Packet Tracer version 8.2.1 on macOS. It's downloading a "null.html" file. How can I solve the issue?

try downloading Packet tracer directly from netacad.com and keep in mind that login is required for the download:

https://www.netacad.com/portal/resources/packet-tracer
